CESSATION OF USAGE OF BUSINESS NAME
As a legally binding addendum and amendment to our partnership agreement dated [Date of agreement] we, [Name of first partner] and [Name of second partner] submit the following:
Upon termination of the partnership agreement the name [Name of partnership] [Address of partnership], shall cease to be used.
